My passion for sport psychology ignited during my competitive swimming days, where I faced intense nerves leading up to competitions. This experience led me to explore sport psychology during my A Levels, helping me understand my challenges and inspiring me to assist others in achieving their goals.
Now as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT), I'm dedicated to supporting individuals in sport and exercise contexts.
