One to One Support

Sport and Exercise Psychology Support

Sport and Exercise Psychology sessions for those just starting sport/exercise all the way to those at the elite level. Working with those aged 10 +. 

Some examples of who we can support include:

  • Those who are competing to maximise their performance through teaching mental skills

  • Athlete's suffering from injuries and setbacks 

  • Those struggling with performance issues such as anxiety or perfectionism

How it works

We provide 1:1 Support to help you achieve your performance goals. We  will guide you through the process, starting with an initial assessment. To begin with, we recommend 5-6 sessions either every week or every other week as this allows for practice and homework to be completed.

 

Past this point, sessions can continue as the client sees fit, typically this leads to sessions being fortnightly or more prevalent when coming up to a competition, but sessions outside of this can also be taken into account. 

 

 We offer a relaxed space where clients feel listened to and cared for, which we do by providing clients with a space to speak and express themselves freely, listening and reflecting back to them and allowing clients to sometimes take the lead in sessions. 

Prices start from £40 an hour
