FAQ

If you have any questions please check the list below to see some frequently asked questions and their responses. If the answer to your question is not there please feel free to contact me.

Why are you offering services whilst still in training? I am able to offer my services whilst still in training as this allows me to gain experience which is required by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) for me to become fully qualified via their Sport and Exercise Psychology Accreditation Route (SEPAR)

What does a Sport and Exercise Psychologist do? We are a member of support staff to help athlete's, teams, and companies improve their performance whilst providing education and support. Some of our work can be in areas such as: - Help coping with pressure, stresses and anxiety. - Mental skills training (E.g. self-talk) - Improving motivation - Performance profiling Our work can involve 1:1 sessions, presentations, workshops and observations.

Who can you work with? I can work with anyone as long as they are involved in sport/exercise in some capacity, both individuals and teams. Whether you are just starting off at the gym or are competing at the elite level I can provide support for you.

Are sessions face to face? Depending on circumstances I can conduct work either face to face or online. If travelling further afield travel costs will apply.
